Coach — Aurora, IL (Chicago Premium Outlets) seeks a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver elevated luxury retail service and omni‑channel selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach service and visual standards.
- Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences through styling, product knowledge and tailored recommendations to drive conversion and loyalty.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and stimulate repeat purchases.
- Execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed individual and store KPIs through cross‑selling and upselling.
- Perform daily operational duties: transaction processing (purchases, returns, online pickups), cash wrap, inventory receipt and replenishment, and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain an organized, well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom while following asset‑protection and POS procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion programs.
- Collaborate with teammates across functions, foster a trust‑based environment and adapt to feedback and changing business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS operation and mobile POS workflows; comfortable using iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie.
- Demonstrated social‑selling aptitude and comfort with short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and to climb, bend and maneuver within sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury or premium‑brand retail experience, demonstrated clienteling and social‑selling success, and familiarity with omni‑channel workflows are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant retail or fashion coursework is a plus. A combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
