Coach Sales Associate position in Alpine, California - luxury retail sales role blending personalized service with omni-channel selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador in adherence with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and tailored fashion advice
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and personalized product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
- Maintain high floor presence, manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently across purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory management cycles through receiving shipments, shelf stocking, and product movement coordination
- Foster collaborative team environment and support teammate performance across functional areas
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Welcome and act upon feedback while maintaining professional composure in demanding environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail with knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop and Mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Luxury retail background, social media proficiency, livestream shopping or video demonstration experience, and clienteling and data acquisition expertise (preferred)

Experience
Minimum 1 or more years of sales experience in retail environments. Luxury retail experience is preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is standard for retail positions in the United States. A combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
