Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive operational support to in-store sales teams to maximize selling time and client engagement.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges with accuracy and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
  • Maintain client records and assist with clienteling activities to nurture relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Support inventory control processes including stock receiving, cycle counts, replenishment and discrepancy resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver daily/weekly sales and operational reports to store management; escalate anomalies promptly.
  • Assist with visual merchandising resets and upkeep of store presentation to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with distribution, visual merchandising and corporate teams to fulfil special requests and events.
  • Act as a first point of contact for client enquiries via phone and email when required, ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail or sales support experience, ideally within a premium or luxury fashion brand.
  • Exceptional client-service orientation with polished interpersonal skills and professional presentation.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and experience handling cash and POS transactions.
  • Ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
