Role & Responsibilities

  • Source and procure materials, trims and vintage components locally to support ready-to-wear collections and upcycle initiatives.
  • Prepare and distribute cut tickets and comprehensive development packages to local vendors and factories.
  • Maintain and organise the studio stock room, including fabrics, leather, trims and vintage inventories; ensure accurate material labelling and storage.
  • Create and maintain trackers for vintage/upcycle orders and development spending; provide daily updates to the project spend chart.
  • Coordinate logistics for sending development packages and sample materials to service providers and local factories using messenger or car services.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers and internal design teams to ensure timely delivery of development samples and components.
  • Support ad hoc studio tasks to streamline sample production workflows and maintain sample room efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable proficiency in product development workflows and studio/sample room operations.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and document control.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking spend and maintaining development trackers.
  • Ability to manage vendor and courier relationships and coordinate time-sensitive sample logistics.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience
