Coach seeks a Lead Cashier to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence at the point of sale. This role ensures accurate cash handling, process management, and brand ambassador representation while mentoring team members and maintaining compliance with all company standards. The position requires flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greeting customers warmly and creating lasting positive impressions
- Promote the Insider Program and drive add-on sales including gift cards and loyalty initiatives
- Maintain accuracy in cash handling, payment processing, and media management while ensuring full compliance with all company policies
- Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to established standards; complete end-of-shift audits with management
- Keep the cashwrap organized, clean, and properly stocked; monitor equipment and report issues promptly
- Assist in training and mentoring other cashiers to uphold service excellence and operational standards
- Manage flexible scheduling to accommodate business needs including nights, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail days
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in cashier or retail roles; luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and move throughout sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
1+ years in cashier or retail roles, with luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; not explicitly required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
