Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs through daily coaching, floor leadership and active selling.
  • Deliver an elevated clienteling experience by cultivating relationships with high-value customers and ensuring personalised service.
  • Lead visual merchandising and store presentation to maintain brand standards and execute seasonal launches and campaigns.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, markdowns and loss-prevention procedures to safeguard merchandise and margins.
  • Create staff schedules, approve timekeeping, assist with payroll administration and ensure adequate floor coverage during peak periods.
  • Recruit, train and develop sales associates; conduct performance reviews and implement individual development plans.
  • Analyse sales metrics and customer data to propose tactical actions that optimise conversion, average transaction value and retention.
  • Handle customer escalations decisively and professionally to preserve brand reputation and client loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, preferably within luxury fashion or premium accessories.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing store-level P&L drivers.
  • Strong leadership and people-development skills with experience coaching teams in a customer-centric environment.
