Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs through active selling, performance tracking and execution of merchandising standards.
  • Lead, coach and develop store associates to deliver elevated client experiences and drive clienteling initiatives and repeat business.
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, receiving, stock replenishment, visual merchandising and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Ensure operational compliance with brand standards, point‑of‑sale procedures, cash handling and health & safety policies.
  • Contribute to local marketing and outreach activities, client events and VIP servicing to grow the store’s client base and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail leadership experience, preferably 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant manager role within premium or luxury fashion.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and managing team performance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on coaching, talent development and client relationship management.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays; willingness to work retail hours and shifts.
