Coach is hiring a Lead Supervisor in Baraboo, Wisconsin. Lead retail teams, drive sales KPIs and deliver exceptional client experiences for Coach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership on the sales floor to achieve store sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, communicating Coach values and promoting brand awareness to customers and internal teams.
- Drive store performance by monitoring and analysing sales data, identifying trends and implementing actions to improve KPIs.
- Recruit, interview and support onboarding; coach, develop and evaluate team members to elevate individual and collective performance.
- Implement company initiatives and operational procedures to ensure compliance and smooth daily store operations.
- Champion clienteling strategy to build long‑term customer relationships and mentor the team on personalized service.
- Support HR matters and conflict resolution for the store and district in the absence of senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at a lead/supervisor level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop retail sales teams with measurable results against KPIs.
- Strong business acumen and experience translating sales data into actionable store strategies.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; comfortable climbing, bending and manoeuvring sales floor and stockroom.
- Upholds company policies and fosters an inclusive, collaborative workplace; capable of providing constructive feedback and addressing performance issues.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of supervisory or lead experience in a high‑volume retail environment, with a track record of meeting sales goals and developing retail teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or retail management training preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Baraboo, Wisconsin, USA, with easy access to Madison.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 24.75 per hour.
