Coach hiring Temporary Sales Support Associate in Gyeonggi-Do, South Korea. Part-time retail position at outlet location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
- Operate POS systems accurately, manage cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in full compliance with company policy
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement initiatives where applicable
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with privacy guidelines
- Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock handling, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
- Ability to utilize communication devices such as walkie-talkies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong English language proficiency
