Coach Temporary Sales Support Associate in Calgary, Alberta. Part-time retail position with flexible scheduling, $15.50–$20.00/hr, benefits included.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in full compliance with company policy
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by privacy guidelines
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and collaborate with team members and management
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Lift, carry, and maneuver merchandise and materials regularly (minimum 25 lbs., up to 50 lbs. occasionally); climb, bend, and kneel as required for sales floor and stockroom duties
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock associate, or sales associate roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet platforms
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read price sheets, product release information, and utilize walkie-talkie communications
- Physical capability to lift, climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Minimum one year of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Experience as a cashier, stock associate, or sales associate is essential. A combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.
Education
