Coach Sales Support Associate (Temporary, Part-Time) in Vaughan, Ontario—retail operations and customer service position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries with confidence, and partner with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to loss prevention guidelines
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and internet navigation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a cashier, stock, or sales capacity, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.
