Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, high-quality client service on the sales floor and by phone or email; support client appointments and follow-up activity.
  • Assist with point-of-sale transactions, returns and cash handling while ensuring accuracy and compliance with store procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising and product presentation to maintain brand standards and daily floor sets.
  • Receive, unpack and process incoming stock; perform inventory replenishment and maintain orderly stockroom records.
  • Perform administrative tasks including sales reporting, appointment scheduling and basic CRM data entry.
  • Assist with gift services, packaging and special event support as required during peak periods.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail or hospitality a plus.
  • Previous retail or customer-service experience, preferably within premium or luxury brands (0–2 years typical for temporary assignments).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-focused manner.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting consistent with retail stock handling.
