Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and delivering personalised service.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organisation; handle cash and payment media in accordance with company policy.
• Receive, process and organise shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
• Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
• Promote add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted to support CRM initiatives.
• Support sales-floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with colleagues and management as required.
• Maintain store housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Act as a local brand ambassador and support store-level social media engagement when required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitive retail landscape.
• Proven customer service and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and perform reliably in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; capable of climbing, bending and kneeling.
• High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Strong English proficiency.

Minimum of one year of retail experience, ideally including cashier and stockroom responsibilities; prior exposure to luxury retail is advantageous.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
