Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and drive sales through attentive client engagement and product knowledge.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and in accordance with brand policy.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards — refresh displays, fold and arrange merchandise, and execute promotional floor moves.
  • Receive, unpack and process stock; perform inventory counts and assist with stockroom organisation.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures and uphold store operational standards, including opening/closing duties as required.
  • Collaborate with store leadership and team members to meet daily sales targets and provide coverage during peak periods, weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods.
  • Legal right to work in the hiring country.
  • Basic cash-handling experience and comfort operating POS systems.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to approximately 25 kg (55 lbs).
  • Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
