Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and drive sales through attentive client engagement and product knowledge.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and in accordance with brand policy.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards — refresh displays, fold and arrange merchandise, and execute promotional floor moves.
- Receive, unpack and process stock; perform inventory counts and assist with stockroom organisation.
- Support loss-prevention procedures and uphold store operational standards, including opening/closing duties as required.
- Collaborate with store leadership and team members to meet daily sales targets and provide coverage during peak periods, weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods.
- Legal right to work in the hiring country.
- Basic cash-handling experience and comfort operating POS systems.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to approximately 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
