Coach Sales Support Associate in Nashville, Tennessee – part-time retail role offering $15–$21.75/hr and competitive benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
  • Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with policy
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
  • Manage stock levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
  • Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
  • Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement
  • Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team and management
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
  • Demonstrate physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Qualifications

  • One or more years of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet applications
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to read and interpret price and product release sheets
  • Familiarity with walkie-talkie communication systems

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
