Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local market, supporting social media engagement initiatives
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in strict compliance with company policy
• Suggest add-on products and gift cards while capturing customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers, reporting discrepancies and maintaining stockroom cleanliness standards
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence and professionalism
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to loss prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, or equivalent), preferably in a luxury retail environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and internet applications
• Ability to utilize walkie-talkies and comprehend price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas

Skills

Experience

One or more years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail settings, with hands-on exposure to cash wrap operations, sales support, or inventory management.

Education

No formal education requirement specified; a high school diploma or equivalent is customary for this position level.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
