Coach hiring a Sales Support Associate in Millbury, MA (part-time). Support POS, stockroom and client service. $15.00–$21.75/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance.
  • Operate point-of-sale with accuracy; manage cash/media and maintain an organized cash wrap in compliance with company policy.
  • Receive, process, reconcile and organize inbound shipments and inter-store transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
  • Manage inventory levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising adjustments according to guidelines.
  • Support sales-floor activity by responding to customer requests, suggesting add-on products, promoting gift cards and capturing permitted customer information.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in-store and within the local market, supporting social engagement and local activation as required.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom, or sales), preferably in luxury retail; combinations of education and experience considered.
  • Working knowledge of contemporary fashion trends and competitive marketplace activity.
  • Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and Internet-based tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational capacity and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer-service skills; proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
