Coach Sales Support Associate in Lubbock, Texas. Part-time retail role supporting store operations, POS, inventory, and customer service. $15–$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement and community relations
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with privacy guidelines
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and inventory transfers; identify and report discrepancies promptly
- Manage stock levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Maintain stockroom cleanliness and sales floor housekeeping standards
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and security protocols
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries with confidence, and partner with management as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, internet)
- Ability to utilize walkie-talkie communication systems
- Ability to read and interpret price sheets and product release documents
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
1 year of retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales positions, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
