Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized product recommendations
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in accordance with company policy
• Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers; identify discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels on the sales floor, execute visual merchandising updates, and ensure optimal product presentation
• Suggest complementary products and promotional items such as gift cards while capturing customer information where permitted
• Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador, supporting social media engagement and local market presence
• Respond to customer requests with confidence, partnering with sales team members or management as needed for complex inquiries
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the sales floor and stockroom; adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Lift and transport merchandise up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape within the marketplace
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer applications
• Ability to operate iPad, laptop, mobile POS systems, and walkie-talkies
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
• Strong English language proficiency

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1+ year of retail experience, such as cashier or stock associate roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
