Coach Retail Support Associate

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and deliver tailored, professional assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
• Operate POS systems accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap area.
• Receive, process, organize, and reconcile incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom order.
• Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Support frontline selling activity by suggesting add‑ons, promoting gift cards, and capturing customer information where permitted.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and assist in loss‑prevention procedures and audits.
• Represent the brand in-store and locally, supporting social media engagement initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, ideally including cashier and stock responsibilities; previous luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, Mobile POS devices, and basic computer/internet use (including iPad/laptop).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and capacity to multitask in a high‑traffic environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong proficiency in English.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales). Experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred; combinations of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent combination of education and retail experience accepted.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
