The Retail Supervisor leads sales-floor performance, Coach brand representation, team development, store operations, and clienteling to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve store goals. This is a part-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Represent Coach as a Brand Ambassador, embodying its values and increasing brand awareness.
- Lead the implementation of company initiatives and support the full operation of the business.
- Maintain a growth mindset in support of business and personal development initiatives.
- Build trust, demonstrate integrity, and foster collaboration across the store and organization to promote a fair, positive experience and an inclusive team culture.
- Monitor and analyse sales data, identify trends, recommend ways to improve store performance, and implement individualised team development to enhance the customer experience.
- Apply strong business acumen and execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives for store goals and KPIs.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, and advanced training as needed.
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance, and hold team members accountable for individual and business goals.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies, procedures, and store operating procedures.
- Help execute innovative strategies that create exceptional experiences for internal and external partners.
- Foster a customer-centric culture, prioritise customer satisfaction, and mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long-term customer relationships and meet business goals.
- Provide HR and conflict-resolution support to the team and district in the absence of the leadership team.
- Champion company resources that support a healthy work environment for internal customers.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
- Able to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and manoeuvre around the sales floor and stockroom.
- Able to regularly lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry products, cartons, props, or fixtures up to 50 pounds.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16 to USD 23.75 per hour.
