Coach seeks a Retail Supervisor for its Assembly Row store in Somerville, Massachusetts. The role leads sales-floor performance, team development, customer experience and store operations. The base pay range is $17.00–$27.75 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintains a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Serves as a Coach Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand’s values and increasing brand awareness.
- Leads the implementation of company initiatives and supports full business operations.
- Maintains a growth mindset toward business and personal development initiatives.
- Builds trust, maintains integrity and fosters collaboration in the store and across the organization, promoting a fair, positive experience and an inclusive team culture.
- Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, recommends ways to improve store performance, and implements individualized team development to enhance the customer experience.
- Applies business acumen and executes forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives related to store goals and KPIs.
- Supports recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations and advanced training as needed.
- Provides feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and holds team members accountable for individual and business goals.
- Adheres to and enforces company policies, procedures and store operating procedures.
- Helps implement innovative strategies to deliver exceptional experiences for internal and external customers and partners.
- Builds a customer-centric culture, prioritizes customer satisfaction and mentors the team on clienteling strategies to develop long-term customer relationships and achieve business goals.
- Provides HR and conflict-resolution support to the team and district when the leadership team is absent.
- Promotes company resources that support a healthy work environment for internal customers.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
- Able to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
- Able to lift, carry and move at least 25 pounds regularly and, occasionally, up to 50 pounds, including products, cartons, props or fixtures.
