Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed store KPIs, including sales, conversion and average transaction value.
  • Coach, develop and appraise direct reports through regular feedback, one-on-ones and structured training to elevate selling capability and product knowledge.
  • Own daily store operations: opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation, visual merchandising standards, inventory control and stock replenishment.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience by driving clienteling activities, VIP servicing and proactive outreach to build long-term relationships.
  • Manage staffing and scheduling to maximise coverage and control payroll; coordinate with management on hiring and shift allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with loss-prevention procedures, health & safety policies and corporate standards for presentation and service.
  • Prepare and submit operational and sales reports; analyse performance data to identify opportunities and remedial actions.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and coaching teams to improved performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a diverse retail team.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, and willingness to work varied retail hours.
  • Strong organisational aptitude, attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
