Coach is hiring a Retail Supervisor for its Stonebriar Centre store in Frisco, Texas. The role leads sales-floor performance, team development, customer experience, and store operations; it is full-time, with a base pay range of $16.00–$24.75 per hour.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Represent Coach values as a Brand Ambassador and increase brand awareness.
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full business operations.
  • Maintain a growth mindset toward business and personal development initiatives.
  • Build trust and integrity, foster collaboration, and promote a fair, positive, inclusive team culture across the store and organization.
  • Monitor and analyse sales data, identify trends, recommend ways to improve store performance, and implement individualised team development to enhance the customer experience.
  • Apply strong business acumen and execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives related to store goals and KPIs.
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, and high-level training as needed.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance and hold the team accountable for individual and business goals.
  • Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and store operating procedures.
  • Help execute innovative strategies that deliver exceptional experiences for internal and external customers and partners.
  • Build a customer-centric culture, prioritise customer satisfaction, and mentor the team on clienteling strategies that develop long-term customer relationships and meet business goals.
  • Provide HR and conflict-resolution support to the team and district in the absence of the leadership team.
  • Champion company resources that support a healthy work environment for internal customers.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry products, cartons, props, or fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and manoeuvre around the sales floor and stockroom.
