Coach is hiring a Retail Supervisor in Braintree, supporting store performance, customer experience, team development and sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Represent Coach values as a Brand Ambassador and increase brand awareness.
- Lead the implementation of company initiatives and support the full operation of the business.
- Maintain a growth mindset towards business and personal development initiatives.
- Build trust, act with integrity and foster collaboration across the store and organisation to promote a fair, positive experience and inclusive team culture.
- Monitor and analyse sales data, identify trends, recommend improvements to store performance, and implement tailored team development to enhance the customer experience.
- Apply strong business acumen and execute forward-planned strategies to achieve leadership initiatives related to store goals and KPIs.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations and high-level training as needed.
- Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance, and hold team members accountable for individual and business goals.
- Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures and store operating procedures.
- Help implement innovative strategies that deliver exceptional experiences for internal and external customers.
- Create a customer-centric culture, prioritise customer satisfaction, and coach the team in clienteling strategies that build long-term customer relationships and meet business goals.
- Provide HR and conflict-resolution support to the team and district in the absence of the leadership team.
- Promote company resources that support a healthy working environment for internal customers.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
- Ability to bend, reach and stretch, and to lift, carry and move at least 25 pounds; occasionally lift and carry products, cartons, props or fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds.
