Coach seeks a Store Manager to lead retail operations and drive sales performance at a flagship location. The successful candidate will establish a strong leadership presence on the sales floor, embody Coach brand values, implement company initiatives, and develop high-performing teams through effective coaching, performance management, and clienteling strategies. This role requires the ability to analyze sales data, execute business strategies aligned with KPIs, and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that prioritizes both customer and employee satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness throughout the store and district
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operational execution of the business
  • Establish trust and integrity while fostering collaboration within the store to promote fair, positive, and inclusive workplace culture
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identify performance trends, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance store performance
  • Execute forward-planned strategies and implement individualized team development to increase overall customer experience and meet KPIs
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training initiatives for the store team
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve individual performance at all levels; hold team accountable for achieving personal and business goals
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards
  • Create and execute innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences; mentor team on clienteling strategy to build long-term customer relationships
  • Provide HR and conflict resolution support to team members and district staff in the absence of senior leadership
  • Champion company resources to support a healthy and supportive work environment

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of equivalent experience managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor or assistant manager level
  • Demonstrated ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver across sales floor and stockroom environments
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Proficiency in sales analysis and performance metrics
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience implementing retail initiatives and driving operational excellence

Experience
