Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all store operations to achieve sales, profitability and customer experience targets, including opening/closing procedures and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage and develop a high-performing sales team through coaching, performance feedback, goal setting and career development.
- Own P&L responsibility at the store level: drive sales, control expenses, manage inventory and execute merchandising strategies to maximize margin.
- Implement and refine clienteling practices to deepen customer relationships and increase repeat business and conversion.
- Ensure flawless visual merchandising and presentation consistent with brand directives, seasonal launches and local events.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, loss prevention initiatives and stock replenishment in coordination with regional supply chain.
- Execute recruitment, scheduling and labor planning to meet traffic patterns while maintaining service standards.
- Collaborate with regional leadership on local marketing, VIP client events and community initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of retail management, preferably within luxury, premium fashion or leather goods.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and financial targets, with experience managing store-level P&L.
- Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, coaching and developing retail sales teams.
- Excellent client-facing skills and a commitment to delivering a differentiated luxury customer experience.
- Ability to analyze sales trends and KPIs to inform commercial decisions and operational improvements.
