Coach, the globally renowned fashion house founded in New York in 1941, is seeking a Sales Support Associate to support store operations and customer service at its Grapevine Mills location. Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement activities
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with brand guidelines
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members or management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Demonstrate proficiency in handling physical tasks including lifting merchandise up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs regularly, and navigating the sales floor and stockroom
Qualifications
- 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock operations, sales, or similar) preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and mobile point-of-sale platforms
- Competency with basic computer applications including iPad, laptop, and Internet-based tools
- Ability to read price sheets, product release information, and communicate via walkie-talkie systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
1+ years of retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales operations, preferably in a luxury retail environment. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.
