Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support to the retail floor and store management, ensuring seamless client interactions and transaction flow.
  • Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale system and maintain up-to-date client records in the CRM.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment, receiving and inventory counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies in partnership with inventory control.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, stock presentation and seasonal floor moves to uphold brand standards and maximize sell-through.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, client communications and follow-ups to nurture relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver regular operational reports and sales support documentation to store leadership and regional teams.
  • Support loss-prevention protocols and maintain a tidy, compliant back-of-house environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail sales support, customer-facing operations, or a comparable role—luxury or premium retail preferred.
  • Proven competence with point-of-sale procedures, cash handling and basic inventory control.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric demeanour.
  • Strong organisational ability, attention to detail and capacity to prioritise competing requests in a busy store environment.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
