Coach seeks a Sales Support Associate III in New York, NY to support store operations, inventory control and client services.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure an elevated client experience and seamless sales flow.
  • Assist with inventory control: receiving, labeling, stock replenishment, cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with seasonal floor moves and product presentation.
  • Execute point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while following cash-handling procedures.
  • Use clienteling tools to update client records, coordinate follow-ups and support appointment scheduling.
  • Prepare sales and stock reports, monitor KPIs and escalate discrepancies to management.
  • Coordinate with distribution and regional teams for product transfers, samples and special requests.
  • Contribute to loss-prevention measures and ensure compliance with corporate operational policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in retail operations or sales support; luxury or premium fashion experience preferred.
  • Proven aptitude for inventory management, merchandising and point-of-sale procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-service skills with a polished, brand-aligned manner.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable preparing and interpreting basic sales and stock reports.
  • Ability to work retail hours including weekends, holidays and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
