Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with company policy
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement initiatives
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with privacy guidelines
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Monitor stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer inquiries with confidence; partner with team members and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to loss prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales responsibilities—preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace positioning
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and internet usage
• Familiarity with walkie-talkie communication and ability to read price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation

Skills

Experience

One or more years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and equivalent retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
