Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalised in-store assistance.
• Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; manage cash/media and maintain an organised cash wrap in compliance with company policy.
• Receive, process and organise shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute merchandising and visual updates as directed.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to support revenue and CRM objectives.
• Support sales-floor activity and respond confidently to customer requests, partnering with colleagues and management when required.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention procedures to protect company assets.
• Act as a local brand ambassador and support store-level social media engagement when requested.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitor activity.
• Proficiency with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and internet-enabled tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational ability, and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service communication skills.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules including nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre within sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience, ideally with direct cashier/stock responsibilities and preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
