Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate in Orlando, FL (Disney Springs) to manage POS, stockroom duties and customer service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professional service; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organisation, and handle payments and media in compliance with company policy.
  • Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
  • Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to maintain brand standards.
  • Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards while capturing permitted customer information to support CRM and sales targets.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market, supporting social media engagement when required.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures and maintain housekeeping standards across the sales floor.
  • Provide flexible coverage for nights, weekends, peak seasons and high-traffic retail days; lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and manoeuvre throughout the store.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales experience); luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive marketplace activity.
  • Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; competency using iPad, laptop and internet-based tools.
  • Ability to read price and product release sheets and to use store communication devices such as walkie talkies.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail experience working as a cashier, stock associate, or sales associate; prior experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
