Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash reconciliation.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and ensure compliance with payment policies.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, restocking, cycle counts and assisting with stock transfers.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by managing clienteling activities, scheduling appointments and following up on inquiries.
  • Assist visual merchandising and upkeep of the sales floor to meet brand presentation standards.
  • Prepare administrative documentation and reports for store managers, including sales summaries and inventory discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with regional store support and corporate teams to resolve operational issues and implement promotions.

  • Strong numerical accuracy and experience performing cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal teams.
  • Organizational aptitude with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak sale periods.

Experience
