Coach is hiring a Temporary Sales Support Associate (part-time) in Merrimack, NH — join the retail team handling POS, stock, and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the sales floor and cash wrap.
- Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization and handle cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support revenue and CRM goals.
- Receive, process and organize inbound shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Support sales-floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently and partner with sales colleagues and management as required.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures; perform physical tasks including regular lifting (25–50 lbs) and stockroom maneuvers.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
- Proficient with cash register systems, Mobile POS and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and comfortable using walkie talkies and internet-based tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational capability and ability to multitask in a high-traffic retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashier, stockroom, or sales). Experience within a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
