Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the sales floor and cash wrap.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization and handle cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support revenue and CRM goals.
• Receive, process and organize inbound shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain an orderly stockroom.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
• Support sales-floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently and partner with sales colleagues and management as required.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures; perform physical tasks including regular lifting (25–50 lbs) and stockroom maneuvers.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); prior luxury retail experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
• Proficient with cash register systems, Mobile POS and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and comfortable using walkie talkies and internet-based tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational capability and ability to multitask in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashier, stockroom, or sales). Experience within a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
