Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional customer service at the cash wrap and across the sales floor; anticipate client needs and provide tailored assistance.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media, and maintain an organized cash wrap in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and inter-store transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization.
- Monitor and replenish inventory on the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates and maintain brand presentation standards.
- Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
- Serve as a local brand ambassador and support store-level social media engagement when requested.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and maintain housekeeping and safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and local competitive landscape.
- Proficiency with cash register systems, Mobile POS platforms, and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and Internet tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organization and the ability to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasional lifts up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling and climbing.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience is required; prior experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable with cashier responsibilities, stock management, and customer-facing tasks.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
