Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, professional customer service at the cash wrap and across the sales floor; anticipate client needs and provide tailored assistance.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media, and maintain an organized cash wrap in compliance with company policy.
  • Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and inter-store transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization.
  • Monitor and replenish inventory on the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates and maintain brand presentation standards.
  • Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
  • Serve as a local brand ambassador and support store-level social media engagement when requested.
  • Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and maintain housekeeping and safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of current fashion trends and local competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency with cash register systems, Mobile POS platforms, and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and Internet tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and the ability to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasional lifts up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling and climbing.

Experience
