Coach in San Marcos, TX seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate to manage cash wrap, stockroom operations and client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs and deliver personalized service on the sales floor.
  • Operate POS and cash wrap accurately; handle cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
  • Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a tidy, functional stockroom.
  • Monitor stock levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
  • Support sales-floor activities, respond to customer requests, suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
  • Act as a local brand ambassador and support in-store social media engagement where required.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
  • Use store technology (iPad, Mobile POS, laptop, walkie talkie) to support operations and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with cash register systems, POS and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS) and Internet tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment and to follow Loss Prevention procedures.
  • Capacity to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks (climb, bend, kneel).
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, high-traffic days and public holidays.

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashiering, stocking or sales); experience within a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred.

Education

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
