Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day operational support to store sales teams, ensuring smooth execution of customer service and sales processes.
- Perform clienteling activities: follow up with clients, manage appointments, and support personalized service to cultivate repeat business.
- Execute point‑of‑sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while adhering to cash‑handling and reconciliation procedures.
