Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain sales and operational reports; escalate discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
  • Support onboarding and informal coaching of junior sales staff and temporary team members as required.
  • Enforce loss prevention policies, store safety standards and compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary coursework in retail, business or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with a strong client‑service orientation.
  • Proven competence with point‑of‑sale systems and basic inventory workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and reliable organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
