Coach is hiring a Sales Support Associate in Millbury, MA (part‑time). Support POS, stockroom and visual merchandising. $15.00–$21.75/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized assistance on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and cash wrap accurately; handle cash/media in full compliance with company policy and maintain register organization.
- Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and order.
- Replenish sales floor inventory and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support sales and CRM initiatives.
- Support social media engagement and act as a local brand ambassador.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, follow Loss Prevention guidelines and assist team members during peak traffic and events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable knowledge of contemporary fashion trends and competitive retail landscape.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and cash handling procedures.
- Basic computer proficiency including use of iPad, laptop, Mobile POS and Internet.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and seasonal peak periods.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and maneuver in stockroom and sales floor environments.

Minimum 1+ year of retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales); experience in luxury or premium retail environments preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.
