Coach seeks a Part-time Sales Support Associate in Livermore, CA (San Francisco Premium Outlets) to manage POS, inventory and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media in accordance with company policy, and maintain an organized cash wrap.
- Receive, process, and organize inbound shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and preserve stockroom cleanliness.
- Replenish sales floor stock, execute visual merchandising updates, and suggest add-on products or gift cards to maximize sales.
- Capture customer information where permitted and support local brand presence, including in-store social media initiatives.
- Support daily sales-floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with colleagues and management to meet service standards.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor activity.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer proficiency, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS and Internet.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a high-traffic environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; bend, climb, kneel and maneuver throughout the store and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience is required; experience in luxury or premium retail environments is strongly preferred. Demonstrated competence operating POS systems and managing stockroom functions is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
