Coach (Tapestry) is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate in Las Vegas, NV — deliver POS, stockroom and merchandising support at the Las Vegas Outlet Center.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance throughout the store experience.
  • Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; manage cash wrap organization and handle cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
  • Support inventory flow by receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a clean, efficient stockroom.
  • Maintain sales-floor stock levels, execute replenishment, and perform visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
  • Proactively suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to support sales objectives.
  • Serve as a local brand ambassador and contribute to store-level social media engagement when required.
  • Support colleagues and management on the sales floor, respond confidently to customer requests, and uphold loss-prevention and housekeeping standards.
  • Perform physical tasks as required, including regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, plus climbing, bending and kneeling.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury or premium retail environment.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with current fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
  • Proficiency with POS and cash register systems, Mobile POS, iPad/laptop use, walkie talkie operation and basic internet navigation.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational capability, and ability to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-service communication skills.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to perform physical aspects of the role (lifting, bending, climbing) safely.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium retail preferred. A combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Education
