Coach seeks a Sales Support Associate (part-time) in Laredo, TX — cash wrap, stockroom and customer-facing retail support for Coach at Laredo.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized, attentive customer service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and cash register systems accurately; manage cash/media handling and maintain an organized cash wrap in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process, organize and reconcile shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and order.
- Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising updates, and assist with store presentations to brand standards.
- Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support social media engagement as a local brand ambassador.
- Support loss prevention procedures, maintain housekeeping standards, and respond to customer requests in partnership with sales team and management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
- Current awareness of fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
- Proven cash handling experience and familiarity with cash register systems and POS operations.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and holidays; ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience—cashiering, stockroom or sales—with preference for candidates who have worked in a luxury retail environment. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
No formal degree required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Combination of education and retail experience accepted.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
