Coach (Tapestry) — Sales Support Associate in Cypress, TX (part-time). Deliver client service, POS operations and stockroom support at the Coach store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism and deliver personalised service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; maintain cash wrap organisation and follow cash/media handling policies.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a clean, well‑stocked stockroom.
- Replenish sales floor inventory, execute basic visual merchandising updates and support seasonal floor resets.
- Suggest add‑ons, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support sales and CRM initiatives.
- Assist with loss prevention procedures and maintain housekeeping standards across sales and back‑of‑house areas.
- Support social media engagement as a brand ambassador and collaborate with the store team to meet daily business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Demonstrable customer service and communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop and internet‑based tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and aptitude for multitasking in a high‑traffic environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb and manoeuvre in sales and stockroom areas.

Experience
At least one year of prior retail experience is required; candidates with experience in luxury or premium retail environments will be preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
