Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client welcomes and personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and cash register systems accurately; manage cash/media in strict accordance with company policy.
- Process incoming shipments and transfers, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain an orderly, clean stockroom.
- Manage inventory flow: replenish sales floor, execute visual merchandising updates, and sustain presentation standards.
- Promote incremental sales through add-on suggestions and gift card promotion; capture customer information where permitted.
- Act as a local brand ambassador and support store social media engagement as directed.
- Support loss prevention procedures and maintain housekeeping standards across sales areas and back-of-house.
- Assist sales floor colleagues with client requests and collaborate with management to meet operational needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive retail landscape.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop, and internet-based tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational aptitude, and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays.
- Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; to climb, bend, and kneel as required.

At least one year of prior retail experience, ideally including cashiering and stockroom responsibilities; luxury retail background preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and related retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
