Coach Sales Associate in Thornton, Colorado – $15.00–$24.25/hr. Deliver luxury retail experiences and drive sales in a dynamic, omni-channel environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion trend knowledge
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain ongoing relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
- Maintain high floor presence, manage multiple concurrent customer interactions, and adapt selling techniques to operational priorities
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash handling, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels in compliance with retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently across purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order fulfillment
- Support inventory cycles including shipment receipt, shelf stocking, and product movement management
- Assist teammates in functional areas as needed and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Embrace feedback, adapt behaviors flexibly, and maintain composure in high-pressure retail environments
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer competency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, and ability to interpret price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Social media fluency and familiarity with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or clienteling platforms (preferred)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments

Experience
1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail preferred; demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a customer-facing retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of relevant education and sales experience will be considered.
