Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach brand values adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion trend guidance
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling platforms, and social selling tools including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; achieve individual and team key performance indicators
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
- Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high energy and adapting selling techniques to business needs
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization and cleanliness while adhering to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection standards
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory management cycles including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and tracking product movement
- Provide collaborative support to team members across functional areas as required
- Foster a trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Demonstrate openness to feedback and adaptability in a fast-paced retail setting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive retail landscape
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, mobile POS platforms, and basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop)
- Ability to operate walkie-talkies and read price/release sheets accurately
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in a retail environment, with luxury retail background preferred. Familiarity with social media engagement, live-stream shopping experiences, video demonstrations, and data-driven customer acquisition strategies is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of relevant education and professional sales experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Vancouver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.25 to CAD 21.50 per hour.
