Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to build relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
  • Manage all transactional duties including sales processing, returns, exchanges and accurate cash handling via POS systems.
  • Maintain premium boutique standards through visual merchandising, floor zoning and product presentation.
  • Execute clienteling activities: follow-ups, appointment management and CRM updates to nurture customer lifetime value.
  • Receive, unpack and organise stock; assist with inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support store operational tasks including opening/closing, store housekeeping and participation in in-store events and promotions.
  • Stay current on product collections, materials and brand heritage to communicate value and features to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail or hospitality experience; luxury or premium-brand background strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high-level client service.
  • Reliable numeracy and experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Professional appearance and polished interpersonal communication skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
