Role & Responsibilities

- Support merchandising and visual presentation tasks as directed by store leadership to maintain brand standards.
- Prepare daily sales reports and support basic sales analysis using Excel and CRM reporting tools.
- Collaborate with regional operations, e‑commerce and logistics teams to resolve client or order exceptions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer‑facing experience in luxury or premium retail environments.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail for transaction processing and inventory tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a client‑centric mindset.
- Ability to manage confidential client information and use CRM tools accurately.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak seasonal periods.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of experience in retail sales support, client services or operations—preferably within luxury, fashion or premium lifestyle brands. Experience with POS systems and CRM platforms is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or diploma in business, fashion merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
